Shipping 

The Pink Pig ships all smaller merchandise via USPS, UPS Ground, and Federal Express unless otherwise instructed. When you spend $50.00 shipping is free to our U.S. customers only.  At this time we do not ship international. For your convenience, we offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day on select in-stock items at an additional charge. Sometimes customer demands exceed our supply and items are back ordered. In the event that this happens, you will be contacted via email. All large antique pieces will be shipped via freight and we make every attempt to get you the best shipping quote. Please call or email for an estimated shipping quote prior to checkout. You are always welcome to make your own shipping arrangements. I also ship certain items via Greyhound Express. Please contact the shop to make those arrangements.

What is your return policy?  Free returns  on all except antiques 

While we hope you love these one-of-a-kinds, probably scratched, almost certainly well-worn pieces that I loved searching for high and low, they are Non-Returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about any of my products, please do not hesitate to contact me. We are committed to providing you with 100% customer satisfaction. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the following items: new home decor, pillows, lighting, rugs. All bedding, chair covers & tablecloths are custom and is non-returnable. All apparel, handbags, jewelry, and candles may be returned within 15 days of receiving for a full refund. For our shoes we'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All opened food, chocolate, tea are not returnable unless damaged in transit. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted if approved.

How do you handle damaged items? 

Vintage Antique Furniture is not 100% perfect and I do my best to pack each item very carefully and ensure each piece before it leaves the store. You as the buyer will be responsible for filing any claims for damage incurred during shipping although I will do all I can to help with the filing of the claim.

What is your privacy policy? 

Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. We have established policies and procedures to protect you by providing secure online ordering. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption technology. We consider your information personal and private and will never sell it to outside parties.

Furniture Shipping

Our furniture shipments are based on the weight of the items purchased and the location they are being shipped to.  Please contact us via email or phone so we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote to your location.  Once your order has been placed, we will then provide you with all necessary tracking information along with expected delivery times of your furniture.
