Bow Bread Knife

This unique Artisan Handmade Bread Bow Knife is handcrafted from high-quality, straight-grained hardwood.  Hot bread, crusty French, tough bagels, and your favorite Sourdough can be easily cut.  In addition, this knife can be used for vegetables, fruits, and cheeses.  After using the knife, wipe the blade clean.  The blade, made from high-carbon steel, has a double-beveled, scalloped design.  We use a variety of domestic and imported woods.  Each bow is hand sanded and buffed to a satin finish.  No chemicals are added.  Wood varieties include walnut, cherry, red oak , Brazilian walnut.

This blade is intended for a right-handed user.  For a left-handed user, remove the blade us a small Phillips screwdriver, turn it 180 degrees, and reattach it firmly.
