Free shipping: every order, every time. We ship all items from our NY store. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item is shipped.

Items damaged in transit

We do our best to pack each item
very carefully and ensure each piece is secure before it leaves the
store. You as the buyer will be responsible for filing any claims for
damage incurred during shipping. Please get in touch and we will assist as best possible to help you file your claim. 

Shipping on returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - we recommend using a trackable service should your return go missing.

Refunds & Returns Policy

All apparel, handbags, jewelry, and candles may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

All bedding, chair covers & tablecloths are custom made and therefore non-returnable. 

While we hope you love these one-of-a-kinds,  that we loved searching for high and low for, they are Non-Returnable. 

If you have any questions or concerns about any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.
