Pour polenta in 600ml of boiling salted water, stir continuously for about 30 minutes to prevent lumps. Must be smooth and homogeneous. INGREDIENTS: instant corn flour 95%, dehydrated vegetable broth mix (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, yeast extract, carrot and onion extract, sunflower oil, basil extract, parsley and rosemary extracts), dehydrated onion, flavouring, dehydrated summer truffle, salt.
