Red Tagine - Moroccan Cooking For Two
Tagine is a multi-purpose word in Moroccan culture used to describe the earthen, cone-shaped, tabletop cooking vessel used to steam dishes and impart flavor, as well as a category of recipe prepared within the very vessel.
This tagine from Verve Culture is formed from the rich, red Moroccan soil of Wadi Lan, and then decorated with a lead-free glaze. Add color to your dinner table with an amazing shade of red.
Pair this beautiful tagine with one of our other unique Moroccan ceramic pieces such as the serving bowl, couscous platter, and/or our Beldi cups!
- We recommend hand-wash due to the porous nature of the terracotta. It is normal to see fine feathering cracks in the glaze.
- 9" tall / 11" diameter
- Our tagines are hand-cast and glazed, no two are exactly alike and slight variations may occur.
